DN Construction was founded in 2010 by long time construction journey man Dirk Niederlaak.
Starting to work in construction in 1991 as a helper on different constructions sites and learning for years the craft by doing everything from digging for foundations to framing them and go through the entire process of building to the finished product of a house or addition.
This is the best way of learning the business really and the experience helped later running construction sites for people flipping houses for years coordinating all the other contractors from the initial demolition to the finished remodel.
Through the years of remodeling deep bonds have been created with other contractors that have the same work quality standards, no nonsense work attitude and a reputation for honesty and excellent workmanship.
We always use the same electricians, plumbers, tile – flooring – painting people, etc and are now like a well oiled machine of a group of contractors that all do their own jobs but always come back together when needed. Every one of us knows exactly what is expected from him and what he can expect from the other contractors once they show up on the job site.
Dirk’s crew demos, rebuilds, repairs and when the others are done they put it back together, paint and do all the finish work. Everybody knows each other for years and there is always a friendly and professional atmosphere on the job site.
