We fix rental units as a complete service from new flooring / carpeting to paint, blinds and even appliance repair before our cleaning crew comes in and we hand over the unit in “move in” condition. All you have to do is hand the keys to your next tenant.
  • We also specialize in bathroom remodels of rental units that have tenants in them while the work is going on. We re-install the toilet every evening and make sure showers can be taken at night.
